THE TOOLKIT With young people taking to the streets nowadays to demand climate action, the European Commission aims to showcase existing green solutions, to encourage young people to play an active role in the green change and to promote a more sustainable lifestyle. The new toolkit was developed as part of the European Commission Directorate-General for Regional and Urban Policy, Green Trip campaign and it is available in all EU official languages here. The toolkit for secondary school teachers offers fun and informative classroom activities ideas, background environmental facts, project examples and green actions that students can do in school but also take to their everyday lives. We would like to invite you to join the European Commission’s mission to create a green community.
